What an individualized training program means to Precision Performance and Therapy is that each person gets assessed regularly and the program is adapted from session to session, from week to week, and from training cycle to training cycle addressing any changing goals, strengths, and limitations. Each exercise has a purpose to help you achieve your goals. We know that each day you may feel different based on stress, illness, sleep, fatigue, and many other factors. All these things affect a training program and we try and take in consideration all of these things each and every visit to get the most out of each training session.
